Add Document Templates for viewing in Portal & Shop
This article explains how to add document templates in Spaceman Desktop for viewing in Spaceman Portal.

Add Document Templates for viewing in Portal
Go to:
Spaceman Desktop → Maintenance → Sites → Select a Site and Expand → Documents
Spaceman Portal and Spaceman Shop will use the Document Templates added in the SMW Default Report File column.
To add a template, press Browse and find the file in your local RTM files to upload. XML files will not work here.
- If setting up Spaceman Shop, you should add a template for the Terms And Conditions which is shown during the booking process.
- Also, consider also adding templates for Contract, Invoice, Deposit, Credit Note, and Receipt as these documents / transactions are produced from bookings and reservations.
Note: Make sure to keep a safe copy of your RTM file on your PC or in Spaceman Desktop’s System Jobs and Reports form. This is because it is not yet possible to view / edit / save from the SMW Default Report File column directly.
- Spaceman Desktop → Support → WPK Forms → Select MAINT and click Launch → System Jobs and Reports
- Any time you want to edit the default report file, do so in your safe copy, then upload again from your local files.
